John P. DeWaele III has over two decades of experience in the railroad industry, progressing from brakeman to Vice President of Operations, with a consistent focus on safety, efficiency, and business growth. He has deep expertise in railroad operations, interline management, logistics, and process improvement, and has played a key role in transforming organizations by increasing EBITA, expanding services, and driving revenue growth. A hands-on leader, John is not afraid to get his hands dirty and can frequently be found on the railroad or in the transload yard directly supporting customers by operating equipment and driving commercial trucks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Operations and Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating summa cum laude, and is certified in multiple aspects of railroad construction and operations. John and his wife, Angela, with their young enjoy outdoor activities in throughout Northern New England

Michael R. Milanoski has extensive experience leading organizations across government, quasi-public, and private sectors before co-founding TransloadX. As a railroad President, he drove strategic growth, built a high-performing team, and more than doubled railcar volume through transloading and new business lines, all while maintaining a flawless safety record and executing significant capital and equipment upgrades. He specializes in organizational analysis, grant management, strategic planning, industrial development and innovative business development. Michael holds a master’s degree in Regional Planning with a focus on Economic Development and a bachelor’s in Architectural and Environmental Planning/Design.  He and his wife, Jenni, with their two children, enjoying boating off Cuttyhunk Island and skiing across New England.
